As your Doula, I will make sure you are mentally, emotionally, and physically prepared for labor and delivery. By goal setting your needs throughout pregnancy, birth planning to prepare you for labor and providing insight on pain coping skills and comfort measures, we will ensure you are confident, educated, and empowered when you go into labor.
