Virtual doula support
This option was created to serve expecting families during COVID-19. With this service, all interactions are virtual for the health and safety of the family. This is a beneficial option if your hospital is not allowing doula attendance during your labor/delivery, you are not comfortable with any face to face interactions, or if you would still like to the have the support of a doula while keeping your birth experience intimate and between family only.
ESDS Virtual Doula Services provide the same care, respect, and advocacy as our birth doula and postpartum doula services. The only difference is the in-person interaction and hands on support during labor and delivery.

Due to COVID restrictions in certain hospitals, check with your health care provider to confirm you may have a doula present during. If your hospital has doula restrictions in place, you may book our virtual doula services to receive virtual support during labor.
Postpartum Doula Services are perfect for first time parents that need assistance with transitioning into parenthood, and even seasoned parents that have just expanded their family.
Postpartum Doula Care starts once the family has been discharged from the hospital and up until the baby is three months of age, also known as the fourth trimester. The fourth trimester is a crucial time for bonding with your baby, navigating your new role and schedule as a parent, as well as establishing your self-care routine for yourself.
We help make this transition easier for you by coming to your home to provide hands on postpartum doula support.
